A seedbed is prepared ground. Not the garden. The small, tended plot where things start before they're strong enough to be transplanted out into the world. You loosen the soil, you get the conditions right, and then the actual growing does itself.

That's the work I keep coming back to, whatever material it's in. Preparing surfaces for AI to collaborate on. Setting up the container before the community arrives. Writing the document that everything downstream regenerates from. The finished things leave; the ground stays.
